Timothy B. Guenther, 26, climbed into the crawl space above the ceiling of a tanning salon to spy on scantily clad patrons reclining in the tanning booths. But the three women relaxing at the salon got a surprise when Guenther tumbled through the ceiling tiles and crashed to the floor after the weak drop ceiling collapsed under his weight. He jumped up from the scattered chunks of tile and locked himself in a bathroom but was seen by one of the patrons and called police. Guenther is being held in the Baxter County Jail on $7,500 bond and is now charged with commercial burglary, a felony, and harassment and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
