A woman searching the Virginia State Police sex offender registry on the Internet recognized a registered sex offender. Garry Wayne Lilly, 39, now faces a new charge. He is charged with aggravated sexual battery of a victim under 13. Authorities were notified of the alleged abuse after the child's aunt visited the web site. He faces a grand jury hearing on April 26th and is being held without bond at Augusta County Jail since his arrest on February 3rd.
