Larry A. Mills, a 51 year old Brentwood man who raped a 72 year old woman more than 25 years ago in a Bay Shore senior housing complex, was arrested early Friday on charges of failing to register as a sex offender after moving to a rest home in Lake Ronkonkoma. Mills has been arrested several times for violating the Sex Offender Registration Act, also known as Megan's Law. He failed to fill out the required sex offender change of address form. He is a Level 3 sex offender. He is being held without bail.
