Emily Streb, a 23 year old music teacher, has been arrested for allegedly having an affair with a 16 year old special-ed student. Streb was arraigned yesterday on third degree rape and other charges at Bronx Criminal Court. The judge released her without setting bail, but he issued a full order of protection, barring her from contacting the student.
