NEW JERSEY FLASHER GETS DOSE OF LAWN ORDER

Carmin Ezzo, a 45 year old disabled man from Passaic County, pleaded guilty in municipal court to charges of trespassing and creating a hazardous situation a May 15th incident. As part of the plea bargain, prosecutors agreed to drop a lewdness charge. Ezzo was fined $900, placed on two years' probation, and ordered to undergo drug and alcohol counseling. Ezzo, who suffers from spinal meningitis has a history of exposing himself. In May, he drove a lawn mower a few blocks from his home to the Wanaque Reservoir pipeline and called for help. Police were called by a woman who lives nearby and when her husband came out, Ezzo told him: "I don't want you, I want your wife." Ezzo tried to escape on his mower when police and ambulances arrived.
