According to the Canberra Times, a study by the Australian Institute of Criminology has found that pedophiles are using highly sophisticated techniques to hide their rapidly expanding networks of explicit child-sex activities. A British study in 1995 found only 37 men worldwide that were involved in child pornograpy on the Internet. In September 1997, US federal and state authorities disclosed 120 US suspects and 1,500 more in other countries.
