John Gregory Jaroszynski, a 44 year old man from Indian Trail, North Carolina, was sentenced today by US District Judge Charles A. Pannell, Jr., on charges of using the internet to attempt to entice a child to engage in sexual activity. He was sentenced to 11 years in prison to be followed by 20 years of supervised release. Jaroszynski was convicted of these charges upon the entry of his guilty plea on October 5, 2006. There was no actual child, he was talking with an undercover detective.
