Timothy Lee Prunick, a 38 year old man from Cottage Grove, Minnesota, was arrested on March 19, 2006, at Atlanta, Georgia by Agents of the FBI, Fulton County Police Department, Clayton County Sheriff's Office as well as the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office on federal charges related to traveling interstate in efforts to have sex with a minor. Prunick traveled to Atlanta, Georgia allegedly to meet with what he thought was a mother and her ten year old daughter. There was no actual child.
