Mark Schmitz, 28, is accused of having sex with a 13 year old girl he met on the Internet. He told the girl he had a modeling agency and lured her to his house for sex. He has been charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy and is being held in St. Charles County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
