Clothing: White tank-top undershirt, dark color cargo style pants, tennis shoes, silver necklace
Vehicle: Possibly an older model Oldsmobile, four door sedan, burgundy with grey interior, bucket seats in front, McDonald's restaurant food wrappers and potato chip bags observed in back seat

The Coalinga Police Department is requesting assistance in identifying a suspect who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 15 year old female
Modus Operandi Summary:
On December 9, 2002, the suspect approached the 15 year old victim in his vehicle. While still seated in the vehicle, the suspect attempted to ask the victim if she knew where he could buy cigarettes. Unable to hear him, the victim approached the suspect. Suspect then grabbed the victim and pulled her into his vehicle. He then drove to an isolated area just outside the Coalinga city limits, pulled of the road, and rape the victim twice. Suspect then returned to the original abduction site and released the victim.
