The Oakland Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the persons in these police sketches. Detectives Webber and Pinzon report that on 3-10-2006 a female juvenile was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by three suspects. The suspects were driving the above vehicle a 1990's model Ford F-150 extra cab dark navy blue with a temporary operating permit "4" in the rear window. The victim thought the license plate was blue with yellow letters and there may have been a "W" as one of the characters on the plate. The victim said that she was blindfolded for most of the incident, but during the times that she was not the suspects mentioned the police were behind them, once in San Leandro and another time in Oakland near "Martin Luther King Park". A park that was located near Hegenberger Rd and Doolittle Dr. The suspects are described as: 1) "Rafael" a male hispanic 17-18 160 pounds black hair brown eyes with a tattoo of a picture of 2 dice on the web of his right hand ,wearing a black beanie cap, white t-shirt blue jeans ,white air force Nikes 2) A male hispanic in his 20's 5'10" 180 pounds black hair brown eyes, wearing a red and white striped shirt blue jeans and black tennis shoes. 3) A black male 20-23 5'10" 180 braided black hair brown eyes wearing a black beanie cap, black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.
