18-24 YEARS FOR ACS VET IN KID RAPE

PFMLIT ADMINISTRATION FOR CHILDREN, FAMILY FRIEND ACQUAINTANCE, FAMILY MEMBERS, General, SENTENCING, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

A former Administration for Children's Services employee who admitted having sex with his two daughters, one of their friends, and the daughter of a girlfriend and co-worker was sentenced yesterday to 18 to 24 years in prison.  All the victims were underage when the 42 year old defendant began assaulting them.  The defendant, who worked for ACS for 10 years, pleaded guilty on January 30 to criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of second degree rape and incest.
