2 ARRESTED IN ONLINE STING

James Watson, 50, of 16 Grandview St in Huntington and Robert Winkler, 33, of 17H Flintlock Rd in Ledyard, Connecticut, have been arrested on charges of engaging in sexually explicit online talk to an investigator posing as a teenager.  Watson was arrested Tuesday morning when he arrived at an undisclosed location to meet the girl.  Winkler was arrested when he appeared in court Monday morning on separate charges of having similar online contact with a Manhattan investigator who he believed to be a teenager.  Both men were charged with attempted dissemination of indecent material to a minor and could face up to 4 years in prison.  Watson was released on $1,000 cash bail and Winkler is being held on $5,000 bond or $2,500 cash bail.
