Two Milwaukee men have been charged with a total of nearly 40 sex crimes against young children, including multiple counts of sexual assault, child exploitation and possession of child pornography.
Antonio Galicia, 36, faces 30 of those felony charges on his own, while Pascual J. Castrejon, 35, of Milwaukee faces eight counts, according to online court records.
The two allegedly sexually assaulted at least four children multiple times since 2015, according to the criminal complaint. The age of one victim was not clear, but the three others ranged from seven months to 9 years old.
Both men are in Milwaukee County Jail with cash bail set at $200,000 for Galicia and $100,000 for Castrejon, court records said.
Police began investigating the two after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received 16 tips regarding child pornography and a Google profile belonging to Galicia on Jan. 6.
Castrejon admitted to police that he and Galicia sexually assaulted the children, while Galicia asserted his email address had been hacked.
