Timothy B. Guenther, 26, climbed into the crawl space above the ceiling of a tanning salon tospy on scantily clad patrons reclining in the tanning booths. But the three women relaxing at thesalon got a surprise when Guenther tumbled through the ceiling tiles and crashed to the floor afterthe weak drop ceiling collapsed under his weight. He jumped up from the scattered chunks of tileand locked himself in a bathroom but was seen by one of the patrons and called police. Guenther isbeing held in the Baxter County Jail on $7,500 bond and is now charged with commercial burglary, afelony, and harassment and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
