Albert Insinnia, a 57 year old actor who once played a lieutenant on NBC's Law and Order:Special Victims Unit has been charged with possession of child porn. Insinnia, of Bloomfield, NewJersey, was released on bail yesterday. The investigation began after he took his computer to aBest Buy store in West Paterson for repairs and a technician found the images.
