Galip Gulmez, an 87 year old Lloyd Harbor man, was arrested for public lewdness after heattempted to lure children with candy.  He was sitting in his grey 2011 Subaru when he offeredcandy to children and a woman who was with the children approached the car to intervene and noticedGulmez was not wearing pants and masturbating.  Gulmez, of 6 Horseshoe Path, Lloyd Harbor, wascharged with Public Lewdness and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
