A substitute teacher and coach at Jurupa Hills High School in Fontana was arrested after allegations arose of him exchanging sexually explicit text messages with a 17-year-old student, police said Monday, Jan. 31.

Joshua Armstrong, 29, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 28, on suspicion of contacting a minor to commit a sex crime at 8:38 a.m. at the high school.
