BOY, 5, IN SEX ASSAULT SUIT

A kindergartner at Mother Hale Academy in the Bronx was sexually assaulted in December by aclassmate. the boy was touched in an inappropriate manner by at least one other 5 year old boy inhis class, and there was sexual activity in a bathroom at the school at 677 E. 141st Street. Theincidents came to light after the teacher overheard two students whispering to each other about thesexual activity.
