A 16 year old suburban Detroit boy allegedly distributed child pornography on the Internet and atip from German police had led sheriffs here to charge him. The boy, whom authorities did notidentify because he is charged as a juvenile, allegedly ran the operation without his parents'

knowledge from his room. He was arrested last week following an 11 month investigation thatbegan when German National Police came across an Internet site that was distributing childpornography, sheriff's officials said. German authorities contacted US Customs officials, who

tracked the site to a server in the teen's home. His computer equipment was seized four monthsago and warrants were issued February 10th for his arrest on five counts of distributing childsexually abusive material over the Internet. He is in custody of his parents awaiting courtaction.
