BROOKLYN MAN ARRESTED IN CHILD-SEX E-MAIL STING

Ruben A. Torres, a 57 year old Brooklyn man, was arrested yesterday after police said he sentsexually explicit e-mails to a Nassau police detective who was posing as a 14 year old girl. Torreswas charged with three counts of attempting to disseminate indecent material to a minor and fivecounts of attempting to endanger the welfare of a child.
