BUST MADE IN THE RAPE OF GIRL, 16

Bernard Kingsley, a 58 year old registered high-risk sex offender, was arrested yesterday ona charge of raping a 16 year old girl.  Kingsley, of Linwood Street, Brooklyn, was arraignedon charges of first-and third-degree rape, third-degree sexual misconduct, first-degree sexualabuse and endangering the welfare of a child.  He pleaded not guilty to all counts.  Bailwas set at $75,000.  The first-degree rape charge stemmed from a March 10 incident similar toa 1994 case that labeled him a level 3, the most dangerous designation in the state's sex offenderregistry.  He drew five years' probation in the earlier case for fondling a 17 year old girland having sex with a 15 year old girl.  He knew the girls' family.  In the latest case,he knew his alleged victim's family and did not use force.
