Fitz Ellis, a 47 year old school bus driver, has been charged with sexually assaulting a 15 year old girl when she was the only passenger on the bus last month. Ellis, of Hartford, Connecticut, was arraigned yesterday on charges of first degree sexual assault, first degree aggravated sexual assault and first degree kidnapping. He is being held on a $1 million bond. According to police, he told the girl he would shoot her to death if she screamed, but she never saw a gun.
