The Lindbergh Law, named after 20 month old Charles A. Lindbergh, Jr., is a federal kidnapping statute which was enacted in 1932 in reaction to the kidnapping of the Lindbergh baby.

Zachary’s Law, named after 10 year old Zachary Snider of Cloverdale who was molested and murdered by a neighbor who was a convicted child molester. The law was passed in 1994 and requires offenders convicted of specified sex and violent crimes to register with local law enforcement agencies in the area where they reside or intend to reside for more than seven days. Local law enforcement agencies must notify the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute when an offender registers locally so that the Institute can add the offender to the Indiana
Lottie’s Law, in memory of 72 year old Charlotte Lottie Scott, created a new death penalty – for murdering anyone over 70. In 1995 Lottie was beaten, run over by a vehicle and mutilated. Her breasts were cut off with a pocket knife and her body was buried under a pile of garbage tossed down a sink hole near Smyrna by Ricky Bryon. Lottie’s murderer was sentenced to life in prison with parole possible after 25 years.
The Christin Lamb Foundation, named for 8 year old Christin Lamb of Wyoming, is a non-profitcorporation. The Foundation was created by Christin’s family, friends and volunteers and governedby a board of directors. In addition to providing education, and assisting in the recovery of,missing children, the Foundation provides help to families with missing children quickly locate theneeded resources, and provide them with guidelines to help find their missing children.
