Cesar Inga, 26, has been arrested for sexually abusing a young boy in the victim’s Corona home. Between December 2004 and July 2006, Inga, a family friend, repeatedly molested the boy as he lay on his bed. He was arrested on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Luis Rodriguez, a 56 year old Astoria man, was arrested for molesting a 5 year old girl who he was babysitting for in his home on Tuesday. Rodriguez, a salesman, allegedly rubbed his privates against the girl’s buttocks and tried to make the child fondle him. He was arraigned on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. His bail was set at $20,000 and he faces up to 7 years in prison.

Ali Martin, 21, was arrested for sexually assaulting a 12 year old girl in her Rosedale home. From July 1 to October 1 of last year, he repeatedly asked the girl, with whom he is acquainted, if she wanted to have sex with him. On one occasion, he allegedly pulled down her pajama pants and molested her then in another incident, he allegedly put on a condom and raped her. He has been charged with rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
