Robert Allen McKee, age 59, of Hagerstown, pleaded guilty today to possession ofchild pornography.  McKee, a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since 1994, resignedfrom office earlier this year.  He was also the Executive Director of Big Brothers/Big Sistersof Washington County from 1978 until his resignation earlier this year.  McKee admitted thathe had obtained child pornography as early as 2004 through sites on the Internet and mail orderservice.  His journals document that he simultaneously printed images of child pornographyfrom the Internet and printed stories describing sexual acts

Nine former students of the Boston School for the Deaf filed a lawsuit yesterday alleging they were raped and beaten by nuns at the now-defunct Catholic school.  At least 15 nuns were named in the lawsuit, along with a priest and male athletic instructor at the school.  The alleged victims, three women and sex men, say they were between the ages of 7 and 16 when they were sexually and physically abused between 1944 and 1977.
