The rapper known as Soulja Boy is facing new sexual battery and domestic abuse allegations from a woman he allegedly used to be in a relationship with.
The woman, known as “Jane Doe,” claims she had a long-term romantic relationship with Soulja, whose real name DeAndre Cortez Way, and during that time he sexually and physically abused her.
According to the docs obtained by Fox News, Doe filed a new civil lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

A new Iowa law eliminates the statute of limitations to bring criminal charges for several sexual abuse-related crimes committed against minors.
“Today, Iowa stands in support of survivors of sexual violence as we become the 14th state to eliminate the statute of limitations for these heinous crimes,” Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds said in a statement after signing the bill Wednesday.
The new law, Senate File 562, covers crimes against children under 18, including sexual abuse, incest, sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

A homeland security agent detailed disturbing allegations in the federal investigation into Josh Duggar during a virtual detention hearing for the former 19 Kids and Counting star.

SPRINGFIELD, Missouri — The Missouri House ethics committee formally accused a Kansas City-area lawmaker of abusing his kids and recommended his expulsion.
In a 12-page report released Monday, the half-Republican, half-Democratic panel said it had confirmed allegations that Rep. Rick Roeber, R-Lee’s Summit, sexually abused two of his young children in 1990 and physically and mentally abused all four.
The committee further said that their findings revealed Roeber as “unfit to serve as a representative in the Missouri General Assembly.”
