STOCKTON — A man who was convicted in December of numerous sex crimes against his own minor daughter and the daughter of his girlfriend was sentenced Monday in San Joaquin County Superior Court to 135 years to life in state prison, District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar announced in a statement.
The victims were 9 and 11 years old at the time the crimes were committed. They include oral copulation and lewd and lascivious acts, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

156 years. That’s how long 39-year-old Jay Holliday was sentenced to spend behind bars in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Holliday, who took a plea deal back in January, pleaded guilty to 12 counts of sexual battery and 12 counts of felonious assault – the latter of which were for sexual conduct with a minor while knowing that he was a carrier of AIDS. Holliday will also have to register as a Tier 3 sex offender.

BOISE, Idaho — A former Boise man will spend at least the next 10 years in prison for sex crimes he committed as long ago as 2005, against one of his female relatives and a young girl who lived in his neighborhood.

LIVINGSTON CO., KY (WSIL) — Two people face multiple charges for sex crimes against a juvenile.
Kentucky State Police arrested Paxton L. Faulkner Yates, 31, and Christina L. Faulkner Yates, 39, of Hampton, on Wednesday.
Investigators say Paxton Faulkner Yates admitted to having sexual contact with victim multiple times. He also took photos and video of the acts.
He’s in the McCracken County jail on the following preliminary charges:
• Incest-forcible compulsion/incapable of consent or under 18 years of age
• Use of a minor under 18 years of age in a sexual performance
• Possession/viewing

Brian Chase listened carefully from his Tucson, Ariz., home last July as an investigator from the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office introduced himself over the phone.

After some idle chitchat, the investigator asked: Was Chase familiar with the office’s 2018 grand jury report, which showed that priests had sexually abused thousands of children at six Roman Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania?

A Sparta man will likely live out his life in prison after receiving a 75-year sentence Friday.
Jacob Alvin Andrew Wikkerink, 50, was sentenced to 55 years of initial confinement and 20 years of extended supervision stemming from his Aug. 1 conviction of five counts of sex crimes against children.
Wikkerink’s charges include two counts of repeated sexual assault of a child, two counts of incest with a child and one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
