William Ferebee, a 57 year old Jamaica man, was arrested for sexually abusing an 11 year old girl while she slept in her home. Ferebee, an acquaintance, is charged with sexual abuse, performing a criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.

Antonio Ibarra-Rios, a 21 year old Jackson Heights man, was busted for sexually attacking a 12 year old girl in the backroom of the Flushing deli in which he worked. He assaulted the girl in the Metropolitan Avenue store near Arnold Avenue at 4 p.m. on September 15. He kissed, fondled and sodomized the girl. He is charged with a criminal sex act and with endangering the welfare of a child.

The man pulled up in a black Chevy Trailblazer at the corner of Clove Road and Cary Avenue Friday evening as she was walking, exposed himself and instructed her to get in his car. She refused and the man fled.

Cesar Inga, 26, has been arrested for sexually abusing a young boy in the victim’s Corona home. Between December 2004 and July 2006, Inga, a family friend, repeatedly molested the boy as he lay on his bed. He was arrested on charges of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Dionicio Chicas, a 21 year old Jamaica man, was charged with course of sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child, for molesting a 12 year old boy over the course of a year. Chicas inappropriately touched the boy between May 2004 and February 2005.
