Julian Christopher Flores, a 19 year old former employee of Northridge Skateland, wasarrested on suspicion of inappropriately touching boys’ feet at the rink as part of hisself-admitted foot fetish.  Flores, who goes by Chris, is accused of indulging in a footfetish with up to 200 young boys.
