California Man Captured in France on Campus Sexual Assault Charges Waives Hearing in Pennsylvania

GETTYSBURG, Pa. —  A Saratoga, Calif., man extradited from France to face charges in a 2013 campus sexual assault case has waived his right to a pretrial hearing in Pennsylvania.

Ian Cleary, 32, will remain in custody until a formal arraignment in Gettysburg set for March 18. He is accused of stalking a woman at Gettysburg College, sneaking into her dorm and sexually assaulting her.

Cleary left school after the alleged assault and finished college and graduate school

Nashville High School Shooter Posted Online Writings and Partially Live-Streamed Attack, Social Media Posts Show

Law enforcement officials seeking a motive for a shooting at Nashville’s Antioch High School on Wednesday morning are examining alarming social media posts and writings tied to a teenager police say shot and killed a 16-year-old girl.

The shooter, identified by Metro Nashville Police as 17-year-old Solomon Henderson, fired multiple rounds inside a cafeteria shortly after 11 a.m. –– killing Josselin Corea Escalante.
