CHILD-SEX FIEND GETS FIVE YEARS

Anthony Price Lowenstein, a 40 year old Connecticut man, has been sentenced to more than five years in federal prison and lifetime probation for trying to arrange to have sex with girls in Mexico.  He was sentenced to 63 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and have child pornography.
