John Bakke, a 38 year old NYPD detective, was arrested for allegedly sending sick messages overthe Internet to someone he thought was a 14 year old girl, but who was actually a fellow detectivetrawling for perverts on the Web. He has been charged with sending at least 15 sexually explicitinstant messages to the detective. He was arraigned yesterday on three counts of attempteddissemination of indecent material to a minor and one count of attempted endangerment of a minorand he was released without bail.
