COP CHARGED IN RAPE OF STATEN ISLAND STEPKID

A 38 year old decorated Manhattan cop was arrested on Staten Island and charged with raping andsexually abusing his now 14 year old stepdaughter for years. The alleged abuse began when the girlwas only 8. The cop, whose name is being withheld, was suspended from the force and releasedwithout bail the next day.
