COP STOPS HIGHWAY RAPE

PFMLIT CAR, General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS COMMITTING RANDOM SEX CRIMES

Officer Jeff Ferrara of Highway 1 collared a 37 year old Bronx man around 9 a.m. after discovering him raping an 11 year old girl inside a Nissan Quest parked on the shoulder of the Cross Bronx Expressway at Monroe Avenue.  The man is charged with rape, sexual abuse and child endangerment.  Because of his relationship to the young girl, his name is being withheld to protect the child's privacy.
