COPS: NJ TEACHER NOW FACES 5 COUNTS OF HAVING SEX WITH STUDENTS

Nicole Dufault, a 35 year old teacher at Columbia High School in northern New Jersey, facesadditional charges of having sex with students.  Essex County authorities announced newcharges Friday against Dufault.  She was arrested this week and charged with sexuallyassaulting three students on school property and in her car.  Two more alleged victims wereadded Friday.  Dufault pleaded not guilty to charges involving the original threestudents.  She faces counts of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of achild and his being held on $500,000 bail.
