COPS: RIVERHEAD MAN ABUSED GIRL AT BEACH
Carlos Ramirez, a 37 year old Riverhead man, was charged with two counts of third-degree aggravated sexual abuse, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child in the sexual abuse of a 9 year old girl at a Hamptons Bay beach while the girl was swimming. The incident occurred at the W. Scott Cameron Beach on Dune Road on Tuesday.
