Carol Howell Clarke, a 45 year old day care worker, was arrested for sexually abusing a childyesterday after a Long Island couple showed cops nanny cam footage of her fondling their toddler.Clarke was arraigned on felony sex abuse charges. She is a licensed day care provider and wasworking at NaNa's TLC day care center in Hempstead.
