David M. Kanofsky, 46, of Des Plaines, a daycare worker, was arrested after DCFS alerted policeto a possible sexual abuse case involving a teacher at Horizons Children's Center. He appeared inCook County Circuit Court on four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and bond was set at$500,000. He has been accused of sexually molesting four little girls in his care. His next courtdate is for a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 28th. He has no prior criminal record.
