‘DOC’ ABUSED TEEN: LAWSUIT

Ariel Elias, a 37 year old man who allegedly acted like a doctor at a church-run child-welfare clinic, bedded a foster teen and is now fighting for custody of their child, a move the young mom is desperate to prevent.  Kerry-Ann Fletcher says Elias abused her when she was 16 at the Episcopal Diocese-run Manhattan Medical Center.  She claims in a lawsuit against him that he allegedly massaged her buttocks.  According to clinical director Robert Gutheil, Elias was a health-care educator, not a doctor.
