EAST ELMHURST CAUGHT IN PERV PANIC
A group of Queens residents says state officials terrified them when they posted an online list showing 135 sexual predators living in East Elmhurst, and didn't make it clear most are locked up on Rikers Island. Many sex offenders on the East Elmhurst list are listed as living on Hazen Street, which covers Rikers but also a residential area.
