Brianne Altice, a 35 year old English teacher at Davis High School in Utah, is accused ofhaving sex with at least one of her students.  She was arrested at her home Monday on twofelony counts of unlawful sex with a minor, after a victim tipped Kaysville police about theiralleged months-long sexual relationship between January 2012 to October 2013. 
UPDATE: Altice was hit with more allegations of illegal sexual contact with minors. She is now accused of raping and performing sodomy with a 17 year old student between April 1 andJune 30 of last year.   Altice was initially charged with three counts of rape and onecount of forcible sodomy, all first degree felonies.  A fourth charge of rape and a secondcharge of forcible sodomy, also first degree felonies, have been added.
