EX-YANK PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO ABUSING GIRL

Rusty Torres, the 63 year old one-time Yankees outfielder, appeared in a Nassau countycourtroom Wednesday, where a judge issued a temporary order of protection barring the Town ofOyster Bay baseball coach from having any contact with the 8 year old girl he is accused ofsexually abusing.  He is accused of inappropriately rubbing up against the girl duringtraining on April 30 and then exposing himself to her and encouraging her to touch him while on atown bus.  Torres is charged with four counts of sexual abuse.
