Robert Golub, a bodybuilder who lived just four doors away, lured 13-year-old Kelly AnnTinyes to his home and repeatedly stabbed and sexually mutilated her 20 years ago.  Her bodywas found in the basement of Golub's Valley Stream home. Golub was convicted of murder in1990.  He is serving 25 years to life at Green Haven Correctional Facility, he still deniesthat he had anything to do with his neighbor's death.
Kelly’s family is looking to make sure he stays in prion by denying him parole. Richard Tinyes says that 4,000 people signed a petition the first time Golub, who is now 48 yearsold, was up for parole in 2013.  He was denied then, but is up for parole again thisfall.  Tinyes is making a plea to the public to sign an online petition to keep hisdaughter’s killer from walking as a free man.
