Jeffrey Carroll Bushong, a 39 year old convicted sex offender, was arrested Monday after aRockingham County grand jury indicted him on 65 counts of possession child pornography. Bushong, of1020 Shenandoah Street, in Harrisonburg, would face decades in prison if convicted. A first chargeof possessing child pornography carries up to five years in prison. Each additional charge carriesone to 10 years.
