GRANDMOTHER OF GIRL LOCKED IN CLOSET WANTS MOM LOCKED AWAY

The grandmother of a Hutchins girl who was rescued this summer after living in a liceinfested closet says the girl's mother - her daughter - should be locked up for the rest of herlife.  When the 8 year old girl was found she weighed 25 pounds and was 3 feet tall. Authorities say the girl was sexually abused and locked in a filthy closet or other confined spacefor up to four years.  Her mother, 30 year old Barbara Atkinson and stepfather 33 year oldKenneth Ray Atkinson were indicted on charges of serious bodily injury to a child.  Ifconvicted, each could face five to 99 years or life in prison.
