Heather Koon, a 25 year old Ohio daycare worker, faces two counts of rape after police saythey found video on her laptop of her engaging in sexual conduct with an unknown infant.  Aninvestigation also revealed an additional victim.  The video was allegedly found onKoon’s laptop at the apartment where her boyfriend, James Osborne, lives.  Osborne is aregistered sex offender.   It was reported that both sexual assaults took place at ABCKidz child care in Elyria.  Both Koon and Osborne were arrested October 4, within hours ofeach other and were held in Lorain County Jail.
