HIGH SCHOOL HOOPS COACH ARRESTED

PFMLIT COACH, General, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Russell Otis, a 38 year old coach of a prominent high school basketball team, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of having sex with a minor.  The coach, who has not been charged, is from Dominguez High.  Authorities said they are investigating him for suspicion of sexual battery, sodomy and oral copulation with a person under 18.  Otis' original bail of $50,000 was increased to $100,000.  He posted bail and was released.
