INCEST VICTIM CRUSADES FOR OTHERS (Fights time limit on sex charges)

Terri Noe was a terrified 16 year old when her father, Antonio Dulay Olaes, Jr., crawled into her bed.  Nine months later, she gave birth to a stillborn daughter.  Now she's helping other incest victims put their perpetrators where they belong: in prison.  For years Noe had been molested her biological father and, she says, the baby was his daughter.  At 16, she cooperated with her father's advances and was rewarded with wining and dining.  He sometimes suggested they move to another country and get married.  One night her father kicked her out in the snow wearing only a nightgown and socks because she wouldn't let him touch her.  At age 17, she discovered she was pregnant.  Her father had told her that when they had sex, if she went to pee right away, she would not become pregnant.  But, she was pregnant and he was happy.  He said that if it was a boy, though, she had to give the baby up because he would look too much like him and people would ask too many questions.  On November 1, 1997, Noe went to the police station with her husband.  She formally pressed charges and one month later Oales was arrested and charged with incest.  He pleaded guilty to two counts of incest after the DNA test strongly indicated his paternity.  He was sentenced to 4 to 6 years in prison and is eligible for parole September 1, 2002.
