INWOOD MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULTING GIRL, 5

PFMLIT General, NEIGHBOR, SEX OFFENDERS AND OTHERS IN POSITIONS OF TRUST

Eduardo Larin, a 39-year-old Inwood man, has been arrested and accused of sodomizing the 5-year-old daughter of a neighbor on July 14th in the bedroom of his house.  The girl's mother notified police after the girl reported the assault to her mother weeks later.  He is an independent contractor who works in masonry and is married with three school age children.  Larin is charged with first-degree sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child.  He was arraigned Saturday and bail was set at $25,000.
